• More than 15 Working days before the event: Full refund, minus a service fee.
• Less than 7 working days before the event: Partial refund, based on the services already rendered.
• Same-day cancellations: No refund.

• Any delays or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, technical issues, or vendor delays.
